CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 Hours Notice
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling a lesson as Wayne is typically booked 2 weeks in advance. Giving 48 hours notice provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule a lesson in your reserved time. If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your lesson. Lessons cancelled outside of 48 hours will be eligible for rescheduling.
